<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph">The Company believes that strengthening its financial position and securing competitive advantage in its business are best achieved by building up internal reserves necessary for future business expansion and allocating them to investments for future business development. This approach represents the maximum return of profits to shareholders. Since its establishment, the Company has not paid dividends. The Company recognizes that returning profits to shareholders is an important management priority. While the Company intends to consider profit returns to shareholders in the future based on business performance and financial condition, the timing and feasibility of dividend payments remain undetermined at this time. The Company intends to effectively utilize retained earnings as funds for strengthening its financial position and securing business competitiveness.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: justify; text-justify: inter-ideograph">When the Company distributes surplus, its basic policy is to pay year-end dividends once per fiscal year. The Articles of Incorporation provide that interim dividends may be paid once per year, and that surplus distributions may be made on other dates as determined by the Board. Except as otherwise provided by law, the Articles of Incorporation provide that the Board of Directors may determine matters specified in Article 459, Paragraph 1 of the Companies Act, including surplus distributions.</p>
