<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
Our basic policy is to maintain stable and continuous dividend payments while securing the internal reserves necessary for future business development and strengthening our financial position. The annual dividend is decided by the ordinary general meeting of shareholders, while interim dividends are decided by the board of directors.
However, as our company is in a growth phase, we prioritize securing internal reserves necessary for future business development and financial strengthening. Accordingly, we have not paid dividends since our founding.
At present, we continue to prioritize building up internal reserves. However, our policy is to work toward paying dividends to shareholders in the future, taking into account our operating results and financial condition. The timing and feasibility of dividend payments have not been determined at this time.
We intend to use retained earnings effectively as a financial resource for future business development and strengthening our financial position, in order to respond to anticipated changes in the business environment.
Our articles of incorporation provide that interim dividends may be paid in accordance with Article 454, Paragraph 5 of the Companies Act.
