<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
The Company recognizes returning profits to shareholders as one of its important management priorities.
Our basic policy is to distribute profits in accordance with business performance. We will decide on dividends by comprehensively considering performance, dividend payout ratio, and other factors, while securing retained earnings necessary for future business development and strengthening our financial position.
At present, the Company believes that strengthening its financial position and investing for business growth are necessary priorities, and has not implemented dividends to date.
Retained earnings will be used to strengthen our financial position and to invest in business growth, including the development of new services and expansion of personnel.
When the Company pays dividends from surplus, it is our basic policy to do so once per fiscal year at the fiscal year-end.
The Company's Articles of Incorporation provide that matters specified in Article 459, Paragraph 1 of the Companies Act regarding dividend payments may be determined by Board of Directors resolution, except where otherwise provided by law. The record date for year-end dividends is set as August 31 each year, and the record date for interim dividends is set as the last day of February each year. The Company may also pay dividends by setting other record dates as provided in the Articles of Incorporation.

Our basic dividend policy is to distribute profits in accordance with business performance. We determine dividend amounts by comprehensively considering our financial results and dividend payout ratio. We use retained earnings to strengthen our financial position and invest in business growth, including the development of new services and expansion of our workforce. When distributing dividends from retained earnings, we follow a basic policy of paying dividends once per year at the fiscal year-end.
