Management Policy
Nichiasu was founded in Japan in 1896 as a pioneer in thermal insulation and heat retention technology, and has grown on the foundation of its "insulating and retaining" technology. In 2011, the company established its management philosophy: "Nichiasu contributes to a bright future for the earth through 'insulating and retaining' technology." In 2025, it developed a new philosophy framework and sustainability policy.
Nichiasu's medium-term management plan "Shikumi-130" targets the fiscal year ending March 2027 as its final year, with goals centered on a bright future that prioritizes employee and family well-being, innovative problem-solving, and sustainable growth. This plan aims to build adaptive "systems" and achieve targets toward the company's 130th anniversary.
