<p>Our basic policy is to maintain stable and continuous dividends, with a minimum dividend on equity (DOE) of 1%. We target a consolidated dividend payout ratio of approximately 30%. We distribute surplus profits twice annually through interim and year-end dividends as our standard practice. We will effectively utilize retained earnings to strengthen our financial position and competitive capabilities, while working to achieve stable business expansion.</p>
