<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
The Company recognizes returning profits to shareholders as an important management priority. However, as we are still in a growth phase, we believe that building up retained earnings to expand our business scale, secure competitiveness, and strengthen our financial position will maximize shareholder value in the future. Accordingly, we have not paid dividends to date.
Regarding dividends for the current fiscal year, we are not paying dividends in order to build up retained earnings for expanding our business scale, securing competitiveness, and strengthening our financial position.
Our basic policy is to secure necessary retained earnings by investing in human resources and equipment for future business expansion while also strengthening our financial position. We will consider the timing of profit returns to shareholders by comprehensively taking these factors into account.
When we do pay dividends, our basic policy is to pay year-end dividends once per year, with the shareholders' meeting as the decision-making body. The Company has adopted the interim dividend system as provided in Article 454, Paragraph 5 of the Companies Act, and our Articles of Incorporation stipulate that interim dividends may be paid by board of directors resolution with June 30 as the reference date each year.

As the company is in a growth phase, we prioritize building internal reserves to expand our business scale, secure competitive advantage, and strengthen our financial position. We currently do not pay dividends. Retained earnings will be allocated to investments in human resources and equipment for future business expansion. We will consider the timing of shareholder returns by comprehensively evaluating these factors. When we do implement dividends, our basic policy is to pay dividends once per year at the fiscal year-end.
