<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
Our company is still in a growth phase, and we have positioned strengthening our financial condition and securing competitiveness as key management priorities. For this reason, we currently believe that building up retained earnings and allocating funds to investments for strengthening profitability and expanding business scale will lead to stable and sustainable profit returns to shareholders in the future. Accordingly, we are not paying dividends in the current fiscal year or at present.
Going forward, we intend to return profits to shareholders while taking into account the financial position and operating results of each fiscal year. However, our current policy is to build up retained earnings and reinvest them. Therefore, the possibility of implementing dividends and the timing thereof remain undetermined.
We intend to use retained earnings effectively as funds for strengthening our financial condition to stabilize our management foundation and for investments to support business growth.
When we do pay dividends, our basic policy is to pay year-end dividends once annually, with dividend decisions made by the shareholders' meeting. Additionally, our articles of incorporation provide that interim dividends may be paid once per year based on June 30 as the record date, subject to approval by the board of directors.

Currently, the company does not pay dividends. Instead, we prioritize strengthening our earnings capacity and investing in business expansion through retained earnings, while working to improve our financial position. We plan to return profits to shareholders in the future by taking into account the financial condition and business results of each fiscal year, though the timing of implementation has not been determined. When dividends are paid, we will make them once per year as a year-end dividend as a general rule, with interim dividends also being possible.
