<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
Our basic policy is to maintain a balance between dividends as profit returns to shareholders and retained earnings for future business development and strengthening our financial foundation, while implementing stable and consistent dividends.
However, as a company in a growth phase, we believe that reinvesting retained earnings into business expansion and operational efficiency improvements represents the greatest profit return to shareholders. Therefore, our current policy is to prioritize strengthening our financial position through retained earnings for business expansion. We recognize profit returns to shareholders as an important management priority and will consider dividend implementation while taking into account our financial condition and operating results.
When we distribute surplus dividends, our basic policy is to conduct dividend distributions once per year as year-end dividends. However, pursuant to Article 454, Paragraph 5 of the Companies Act, our articles of incorporation provide that interim dividends may be paid by board resolution with September 30 as the reference date each year.

Our basic dividend policy is to maintain stable and continuous dividends while balancing profit distribution with retained earnings. However, as we are in a growth phase, we prioritize business expansion and efficiency investments funded by retained earnings for the time being. When dividends are paid, we implement year-end dividends as our standard practice, with interim dividends also possible.
