<h3 class="smt_head2">3 [Dividend Policy]</h3><p class="smt_text6" style="orphans:0;widows:0;text-align:left;padding-left:9pt;text-indent:9pt;font-family:'ＭＳ 明朝';font-size:9pt;">The Company has not paid dividends since its founding, as it prioritizes securing necessary retained earnings to strengthen its financial position for long-term stability of its management foundation and to achieve continuous business growth. However, the Company recognizes maximizing shareholder value as one of its important management objectives. Regarding future dividend distributions to shareholders, the Company will consider such distributions comprehensively, taking into account business performance trends, financial condition, future business and investment plans, and the status of retained earnings. The Company intends to utilize retained earnings effectively as funds for strengthening its financial position for long-term stability of its management foundation and for investments to achieve continuous business growth. When the Company pays dividends, it will generally distribute surplus twice per fiscal year—interim dividends and year-end dividends—and the Articles of Incorporation provide for the ability to pay interim dividends. The Company has also stipulated in its Articles of Incorporation that, pursuant to Article 459, Paragraph 1 of the Companies Act, the Board of Directors shall be the decision-making body for dividend distributions, except where otherwise provided by law.</p><p class="smt_text6" style="orphans:0;widows:0;"> </p>

<p>Currently, the Company has not paid dividends since its founding and prioritizes building internal reserves to strengthen its financial position for long-term stability of operations and sustained business growth. The Company will consider future dividend payments by comprehensively taking into account business performance trends, financial condition, and capital investment plans. When dividends are implemented, the Company will adopt a basic policy of paying dividends twice per year.</p>
