<p>Our basic policy is to comprehensively balance shareholder returns based on earnings trends with internal reserves needed to strengthen our corporate foundation, while maintaining stable dividends on a continuous basis. Under our medium-term management plan beginning in fiscal 2024, we target a stable dividend payout ratio of 30% or higher. Internal reserves will be allocated to research and development investments for new product development and capital expenditures.</p>
