<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
<p style="margin-left: 36px; line-height: 16px; text-align: left">The Company actively pursues research and development activities while maintaining adequate retained earnings. We also recognize returning profits to shareholders as an important management priority. Our basic policy is to implement profit returns by comprehensively considering our operating results and financial condition. Historically, we paid dividends at approximately 35% of estimated net income calculated without including extraordinary gains and losses in our consolidated financial statements. As we advance management with awareness of market valuation, we comprehensively consider full-year consolidated results and these dividend policies. For the year-end dividend for the fiscal year ending March 2025, as announced on May 10, 2024, we set the dividend per share at 17.00 yen (approximately 116% of estimated net income).</p>
<p style="margin-left: 36px; line-height: 16px; text-align: left">The Company's policy is to pay dividends twice annually: interim dividends and year-end dividends. The year-end dividend is decided by the shareholders' meeting, while the interim dividend is decided by the board of directors. Our articles of incorporation stipulate that "the board of directors may pay interim dividends with September 30 as the record date each year."</p>
