# Dividend Policy We aim to implement continuous and stable dividends with a dividend payout ratio of approximately 30%, taking into account business performance in each period. Dividends will be paid twice annually as a general rule: an interim dividend and a year-end dividend. We will use retained earnings for automation and labor-saving equipment investments, business expansion through M&A, and the implementation of new core systems, while working to improve business performance.
