<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
The Company's basic policy is to distribute surplus earnings twice per year: an interim dividend and a year-end dividend. The year-end dividend is decided by the shareholders' meeting, while the interim dividend is decided by the board of directors.
The Company's articles of incorporation provide that "the board of directors may declare an interim dividend with June 30 as the record date each year." 　The Company recognizes enhancing corporate value through business growth and expansion as its highest priority, and has implemented dividends as an important management objective to return profits to shareholders. Although the Company recorded net income for the current period as initially projected, it was unable to secure sufficient distributable earnings. Accordingly, the Company regrets to announce no dividend for this period. The Company will work to restore profitability and resume dividend payments.

Our basic dividend policy is to implement dividends twice per year (interim and year-end). We position both enhancing corporate value through business growth and returning profits to shareholders as important management priorities. Currently, we are unable to secure distributable profits and therefore pay no dividend. However, we are committed to improving business performance with the aim of resuming dividends.
