Space Shower SKIYAKI Holdings completed a management integration with SKIYAKI Inc. in April 2024 and transitioned to a holding company structure. Through this integration, certain business operations were transferred to Space Shower Network Inc. Spin-off Preparation Company, and the company name was changed accordingly.
