Additionally, Oricon News Inc. provides news distribution services, while Oricon NEXT Communications Inc. handles PR consulting and web marketing consulting. Through these operations, Oricon provides a wide range of communication services.

In the "Data Services Business," Oricon Research Inc. operates the corporate data provision service "ORICON BiZ online" and the consumer data provision service "you Taiki." It also provides music databases for broadcasters and e-commerce sites, supplies various ranking data, and operates "Oricon Monitor Research."

In its customer satisfaction survey business, Oricon supports marketing activities of client companies through three service offerings: trademark licensing, digital promotion, and data sales. In digital promotion particularly, Oricon strengthens SEO measures by utilizing generative AI.
