<p>Our basic policy is to continue stable dividends in line with business performance. We pay dividends twice annually—an interim dividend and a year-end dividend—with the year-end dividend determined by the shareholders' meeting and the interim dividend determined by the board of directors. We plan to use retained earnings for research and development activities, M&A and other strategic investments, as well as to strengthen our financial position.</p>
