<p>Our basic policy is to strengthen our financial position while actively returning profits to shareholders, implementing stable profit distribution based on management performance. We target a consolidated dividend payout ratio of 35%, and currently pay dividends once per year as a year-end dividend. We plan to effectively use retained earnings to strengthen our management foundation through human capital investment, research and development, and production capacity enhancement.</p>
