<p>Our basic policy is to strengthen our corporate foundation to improve profitability, while distributing profits in line with business performance while maintaining stable and continuous dividend payments. We will continue to pay dividends twice a year—interim and year-end dividends. We will use retained earnings effectively for research and development investment, the development of domestic and international production and sales systems, and globalization initiatives.</p>
