<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left">The Company has not paid cash dividends on shareholder equity to date. For the foreseeable future, the Company intends to retain all available funds and future earnings for the Company's development and growth, rather than pay cash dividends. The Board of Directors' decision regarding future cash dividend payments on shareholder equity will be influenced by the Company's business performance, financial condition, liquidity requirements, restrictions imposed by applicable laws or contracts, and any other factors that the Board of Directors determines to be relevant in its sole discretion.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left">The record dates for dividend distributions are set forth in the Articles of Incorporation as the fiscal year-end dividend on December 31 each year and the interim dividend on June 30 each year. Regarding dividend distributions from retained earnings, the Articles of Incorporation provide that, except where otherwise provided by law, dividends shall be determined by Board of Directors resolution rather than by shareholder meeting resolution.</p>
