<h3 class="smt_head2">3 [Dividend Policy]</h3>Since our founding, the Company has not paid dividends and is not currently in a position to do so. Going forward, we plan to systematically implement research and development activities requiring substantial upfront investment. Therefore, our policy is to prioritize securing research and development funds by retaining earnings internally for the time being. Retained earnings will be allocated to research and development funding.However, we recognize that returning profits to shareholders is an important management priority. We will consider implementing dividends at an early stage, taking into account future business performance and financial conditions.When we distribute surplus earnings, we plan to do so once annually at the fiscal year-end, with the shareholders' meeting serving as the decision-making body. Additionally, our articles of incorporation provide that interim dividends may be implemented by board of directors resolution pursuant to Article 454, Paragraph 5 of the Companies Act, to enable flexible dividend responses.

For the time being, we prioritize securing research and development funds by building internal reserves. Internal reserve funds are planned to be allocated to research and development expenses. When we do distribute dividends from surplus earnings, we plan to do so once per year at the fiscal year-end.
