<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
(1) Basic Dividend Policy
The Company has not paid dividends since its establishment. We prioritize securing funds to support ongoing research and development activities, and currently have no plans to pay dividends in the near term.
However, we recognize returning profits to shareholders as an important management priority. We intend to consider dividend payments in the future, taking into account our operating results and financial condition.
 
(2) Basic Policy on Dividend Frequency per Fiscal Year
The Company currently has no plans to pay dividends, as we allocate surplus funds to research and development activities. While our Articles of Incorporation permit interim dividends as provided in Article 454, Paragraph 5 of the Companies Act, if we do pay dividends, our basic policy is to pay year-end dividends once per fiscal year.
 
(3) Decision-Making Authority for Dividends
Interim dividends are decided by the Board of Directors, while year-end dividends are decided by the General Shareholders' Meeting.
 
(4) Dividend Decision Approach for the Current Fiscal Year and Use of Retained Earnings
In the current fiscal year, the Company has not paid dividends in accordance with the basic dividend policy described in (1) above. Retained earnings are allocated to research and development activities and related purposes.
 
(5) Interim Dividends
The Company's Articles of Incorporation permit interim dividends as provided in Article 454, Paragraph 5 of the Companies Act.

The company prioritizes securing funds to support ongoing research and development activities and currently has no plans to pay dividends. In the future, the company will consider dividend distributions while taking into account business performance and financial condition. If dividends are implemented, the basic policy will be to pay dividends once per fiscal year as a year-end dividend. Retained earnings will be allocated to research and development activities and related purposes.
