<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left; text-indent: 12px">Since its founding, the Company has recorded net losses and does not currently pay dividends.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left; text-indent: 12px">The Company's pharmaceutical business requires continued research and development activities. Therefore, our policy prioritizes securing funds to support the ongoing implementation of research and development. We recognize that returning profits to shareholders is an important management issue. However, we will consider our dividend policy once the Company becomes profitable, taking into account our operating results and financial condition at that time. When dividends from retained earnings are paid, we plan to distribute them once annually at the fiscal year-end. The shareholders' meeting is the decision-making body for dividend approval. Additionally, our Articles of Incorporation provide that interim dividends under Article 454, Paragraph 5 of the Companies Act may be implemented by board of directors resolution.</p>

<p>The company prioritizes securing funds for the continuous implementation of research and development activities. The dividend policy will be determined by taking into account management performance and financial condition at the time profits are recorded. When distributing retained earnings, the company plans to pay dividends once a year at the fiscal year-end, while interim dividends are also possible.</p>
