<p>Our basic policy is to provide stable dividend increases. We also use share buybacks to target a total payout ratio of approximately 50%. We pay dividends twice a year—at the interim and year-end periods. We reinvest retained earnings with emphasis on research and development, production facility expansion, and overseas business development to strengthen our management foundation.</p>
