Dividend Policy
<p>Our basic dividend policy is to maintain adequate retained earnings while providing continuous and stable dividends. We implement dividends twice annually through interim and year-end payments. As we work toward our 90th anniversary in March 2027, we are targeting progressive dividend increases and are currently reviewing a new shareholder return policy to balance growth investments with enhanced shareholder returns.</p>
