However, given the current business environment and the Company's scale and growth stage, we believe that reinvesting in business expansion will lead to greater future returns for shareholders. Accordingly, we currently do not pay dividends and instead focus on strengthening our financial position and investing in human resources for business expansion.</p><p class="smt_text2" style="orphans:0;widows:0;text-align:justify;padding-left:9pt;padding-right:0pt;margin-top:0pt;margin-bottom:0pt;text-indent:9pt;font-family:'ＭＳ 明朝';letter-spacing:0pt;line-height:15pt;font-size:9pt;">The Company's Articles of Incorporation provide that interim dividends may be paid annually as of September 30 based on a Board of Directors resolution, in accordance with Article 454, Paragraph 5 of the Companies Act. The Board of Directors decides on interim dividends, while the General Meeting of Shareholders decides on year-end dividends.</p><p class="smt_text6" style="orphans:0;widows:0;padding-left:9pt;text-indent:9pt;">We deeply appreciate the ongoing support of our shareholders. <p>Given the current business environment and stage of growth, our policy is to prioritize strengthening our financial position and investing in talent for business expansion, rather than paying dividends at this time. Our articles of incorporation allow the board of directors to decide on interim dividends, and we have introduced a shareholder benefit program.</p>
