<h3 class="smt_head2">3 [Dividend Policy]</h3>　The Company recognizes returning profits to shareholders as an important management priority. However, we currently view the Company as being in a growth phase. At this stage, we believe that strengthening retained earnings and using them as funding for business expansion, organizational development, and system infrastructure improvements to support further growth will deliver the greatest profit returns to shareholders.　Based on this approach, the Company has not paid dividends since its establishment. However, we recognize that dividend payments are also an important matter for returning profits to shareholders. At present, the timing and implementation of dividends remain undecided. Going forward, we will consider profit returns to shareholders by comprehensively taking into account each fiscal year's business performance and business plans.　When the Company implements dividend payments, our basic policy is to pay dividends twice annually: an interim dividend and a year-end dividend. The decision-making body for both interim and year-end dividends is the Board of Directors. Our Articles of Incorporation provide that "pursuant to Article 459, Paragraph 1 of the Companies Act, the Board of Directors may resolve to pay dividends from surplus."

However, at our current stage of growth, our basic policy is to build up retained earnings and use them as funding for business expansion and investments in organizational and system improvements. While dividend implementation is not yet determined, we will consider it in the future based on a comprehensive review of our financial performance and business plans. If we do implement dividends, we plan to distribute them twice per year as a standard practice.
