<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
　We position returning profits to shareholders as one of our most important management policies. Our basic approach is to achieve stable business performance and pay dividends consistently, while also considering dividends that reflect our financial results after taking into account strengthening our corporate foundation and business development.

　However, regarding dividends for the current period, given our current circumstances, no dividend will be paid.


　Additionally, based on Article 454, Paragraph 5 of the Companies Act, our articles of incorporation provide that interim dividends may be implemented by board resolution with March 31 as the record date each year. The shareholders' meeting is the decision-making body for year-end dividends, and the board of directors is the decision-making body for interim dividends.

Our basic policy is to maintain stable performance and provide continuous dividends. We also aim to deliver dividends that reflect our earnings performance, while taking into account the strengthening of our corporate foundation and business expansion. We are able to pay dividends twice per year—the year-end dividend is decided by the shareholders' meeting, and the interim dividend is decided by the board of directors.
