<p>Our basic policy is to secure internal reserves necessary for strengthening our financial position and expanding our business in the future, while continuing stable dividend payments in consideration of the business environment. As we are currently in a growth stage, we aim to maximize shareholder value by building up internal reserves and allocating them to investments for future business development and strengthening our management structure. When distributing dividends from surplus earnings, our basic policy is to pay dividends once annually at the fiscal year-end, while interim dividends are also possible.</p>
