<h3>3 Dividend Policy</h3>
The Company regards returning profits to shareholders as one of its important management priorities. However, we consider ourselves to be in a growth phase and believe that strengthening our financial position for growth investments, securing retained earnings, and implementing investments to expand our business and improve operational efficiency will maximize shareholder value over the medium to long term.
In the current fiscal year, although we recorded net income for the fourth consecutive year, we have decided not to pay dividends as retained earnings remain negative. Going forward, we intend to implement stable and continuous profit returns to shareholders, taking into account the status of retained earnings and the business environment surrounding the Company. However, at this time, the possibility of implementing dividends and the timing of such implementation remain undetermined.
When dividends are paid, our basic policy is to conduct dividend payments once per year, with the Board of Directors serving as the decision-making body. The Company's Articles of Incorporation also provide that interim dividends may be paid by Board of Directors resolution.

While shareholder returns are an important priority, we prioritize growth investments and strengthening our financial position through retained earnings, as we are in a growth stage. In the future, we will implement stable and continuous profit returns to shareholders, taking into account the status of retained earnings and other factors. The timing of dividend implementation has not been determined, but when dividends are paid, they will be implemented once per year as a general rule.
