<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left">The Company regards returning profits to shareholders as one of its important management priorities. We maintain our policy of prioritizing the retention of earnings necessary for growth investments, as we believe that continued business expansion remains the greatest return to shareholders. However, we will carefully monitor steady ARR growth, our stable financial foundation, and future business developments, and will pursue a capital policy that balances the retention of earnings for growth investments with profit returns to shareholders.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left">Regarding dividend distributions, our Articles of Incorporation provide that we will conduct year-end dividends once annually as a general rule, and may conduct interim dividends once annually. Additionally, pursuant to Article 459, Paragraph 1 of the Companies Act, our Articles of Incorporation provide that dividend distributions and similar matters may be determined by Board of Directors resolution.</p>

<p>Our policy prioritizes securing internal reserves necessary for growth investments. However, we will carefully assess ARR's steady growth and our stable financial foundation, and consider capital allocation policies that balance securing internal reserves for growth investments with returning profits to shareholders. When we do pay dividends, we will do so once annually as a year-end dividend.</p>
