<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
We believe that improving business performance over time enhances corporate value and meets shareholder expectations. Our basic policy is to allocate profits by comprehensively considering business performance, dividend payout ratio, and investment amounts necessary for medium- to long-term corporate growth. Regarding dividends from retained earnings in the current period, our basic policy is to pay dividends once per year through year-end dividends. However, our articles of incorporation provide that interim dividends may be paid in accordance with Article 454, Paragraph 5 of the Companies Act. The Board of Directors decides on interim dividends, while the General Meeting of Shareholders decides on year-end dividends.
Under this policy, the fiscal year ended March 2025 resulted in a net loss. Accordingly, we regret to inform you that no dividend will be paid.

Our basic policy is to distribute profits by comprehensively considering our business performance, dividend payout ratio, and the investment required for medium to long-term corporate growth. We pay dividends once a year in principle through a year-end dividend, and our articles of incorporation also allow for interim dividends.
