Dividend Policy
<p>Our basic policy is to pay dividends twice a year—an interim dividend and a year-end dividend. We determine dividend amounts based on our consolidated profit levels and cash flow situation. We aim to increase our consolidated dividend payout ratio to 60% by the fiscal year ending March 2026, and to achieve a total shareholder return ratio of 70% or more (including share buybacks) by the fiscal year ending March 2027.</p>
