<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
We position the return of profits to shareholders as one of our key management priorities. Our basic policy is to continue paying stable dividends while taking into account the strengthening of our financial position and the need to maintain sufficient retained earnings for business operations.
Under our Articles of Incorporation, based on Article 459, Paragraph 1 of the Companies Act, the Board of Directors may declare dividends of surplus. Additionally, based on Article 454, Paragraph 5 of the Companies Act, we are authorized to pay dividends twice per fiscal year—interim dividends and year-end dividends.
For the current fiscal year, in light of our business performance, we have decided to forgo dividend payments.
