Management Policy

Carlite marked its 100th anniversary in 2018 by adopting "Trust and Limitless Challenge" as its management philosophy, with social contribution as its mission. In 2024, following a merger of group companies, the company transitioned to an operating company structure while continuing to pursue growth under its unchanged principles.

The company is advancing its medium-term management plan "Challenge2024," aiming to enhance corporate value through optimization of its business portfolio. It is focusing particularly on semiconductors, 5G-related materials, and automotive-related demand, while strengthening production facilities and promoting sales.

"Challenge2024" also emphasizes improving profitability in existing businesses and advancing ESG management. The company is implementing energy-efficient equipment and optimizing resource allocation to improve profit structure. It is also addressing climate change and pursuing carbon neutrality.

In March 2025, the company will announce a new medium-term management plan "Challenge2027," continuing to enhance social contribution and corporate governance. Through this plan, the company aims to realize "profitable growth" and "ESG," establishing itself as a corporate group trusted by society.
