<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
The Company recognizes returning profits to shareholders as an important management priority. However, we believe that the greatest benefit to shareholders comes from strengthening our financial position, building internal reserves for business expansion, and allocating resources to investments that enhance profitability and drive business growth. For this reason, the Company has not paid dividends since its founding, and as of the present date, the possibility and timing of future dividend payments remain undetermined.
The Company intends to use retained earnings to strengthen its financial position, expand and develop its workforce, diversify its revenue base, and invest in enhancing profitability. In the future, while strengthening profitability and establishing a solid business foundation, the Company plans to provide shareholders with stable and continuous profit returns, taking into account the adequacy of internal reserves and the business environment surrounding the Company. However, as of the date of this document, the possibility of dividend payments and their timing remain undetermined.
Regarding dividend distributions, the Company's basic policy is to pay dividends twice annually: a year-end dividend and an interim dividend. The year-end dividend is decided by the shareholders' meeting, while the interim dividend is decided by the board of directors. The Company's articles of incorporation provide that interim dividends may be paid with June 30 as the record date each year.

Currently, the Company has not paid dividends since its founding, and the timing and possibility of implementing dividends remain undetermined. The Company intends to use retained earnings to strengthen its financial position, expand and develop its workforce, diversify its revenue base, and invest in enhancing profitability.
