Since its establishment, the Company has not paid dividends on surplus earnings. The Articles of Incorporation provide that interim dividends may also be paid, with the record date for year-end dividends set as December 31 and the record date for interim dividends set as June 30. In accordance with Article 459, Paragraph 1 of the Companies Act, the Articles of Incorporation provide that the Board of Directors will make decisions regarding dividend payments, except where otherwise provided by law.</p><p class="smt_text6" style="orphans:0;widows:0;"> </p>

<p>The company has prioritized building up internal reserves necessary for strengthening its financial position and expanding its business operations, and has not paid dividends since its establishment. Going forward, the company will consider shareholder returns by comprehensively taking into account the business environment, financial condition, and other factors. When dividends are implemented, the company will make year-end dividends once per year as the basic policy, and will use internal reserves as a source of funding for business expansion and organizational restructuring.</p>
