<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
The Company recognizes returning profits to shareholders as an important management priority. However, as the Company was recently founded, we believe that the greatest benefit to shareholders comes from strengthening our financial position, building internal reserves for business expansion, and directing operational efficiencies toward investments in growth.
For this reason, we have not paid dividends since our founding and plan to continue prioritizing the buildup of internal reserves in the near term. Looking ahead, we intend to strengthen our earnings capacity and establish a solid business foundation. We will then consider returning profits to shareholders in a stable and consistent manner, taking into account the status of our internal reserves and the business environment. However, the timing and feasibility of dividend payments remain undetermined at this time.
When dividends are paid, our basic policy is to conduct year-end dividends once annually. Our Articles of Incorporation also provide for the possibility of interim dividends once per year under Article 454, Paragraph 5 of the Companies Act, as well as the ability to pay dividends on other dates with separately established record dates. The Company has designated the Board of Directors as the decision-making body for dividend payments pursuant to Article 459, Paragraph 1 of the Companies Act.

For the time being, the Company will prioritize building internal reserves to support business expansion. In the future, as earnings capacity strengthens and the business foundation is further developed, the Company will implement stable and continuous profit returns to shareholders. When dividends are paid, the basic policy is to distribute dividends once per fiscal year at the end of the fiscal period.
