<p>Based on our medium-term management plan "Vision 2027," we aim to achieve a dividend payout ratio of 35% or higher by the December 2027 fiscal year, with plans for gradual annual increases of approximately 5% each fiscal year. Our basic policy is to pay dividends once per year at the end of the fiscal year. We intend to use retained earnings effectively to strengthen our financial position and fund business expansion and development.</p>
