<p class="smt_text2" style="orphans:0;widows:0;">We recognize that returning profits to shareholders is an important management priority. However, as we are currently in a growth phase, our policy is to strengthen our internal reserves to stabilize our management foundation and to pursue further increases in corporate value through investments for business expansion. Accordingly, we have not paid dividends in the past.</p>

The decision-making authority for these dividend distributions is the shareholders' meeting for year-end dividends and the board of directors for interim dividends.</p>

<p>The company is currently in a growth phase and has no dividend payment history to date. Our policy prioritizes strengthening internal reserves, stabilizing our management foundation, and enhancing corporate value through business expansion investments. Should dividends be implemented, our basic policy is to pay dividends once annually at the fiscal year-end.</p>
