<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
The Company has prioritized building internal reserves to strengthen its financial foundation, and therefore has not paid dividends since its establishment. However, we recognize that returning profits to shareholders is an important matter. Our basic dividend policy going forward is to pursue business efficiency and make investments for business expansion. We will implement stable dividends to shareholders after carefully considering our financial position, operating results, and cash flow situation. We plan to use retained earnings as a medium- to long-term source of capital for business expansion and strengthening our operational foundation. Taking all of the above factors into account, we have decided not to pay dividends in the current fiscal year.
When we do pay dividends, our basic policy is to pay year-end dividends once annually, with decisions made by the shareholders' meeting. Additionally, our articles of incorporation provide that the Company may pay interim dividends as of September 30 each year by resolution of the Board of Directors.
