<h3 class="smt_head2">3. Dividend Policy</h3><p class="smt_text2" style="orphans:0;widows:0;">We recognize returning profits to shareholders as an important management priority. However, as our company is in a growth phase, we believe it is essential to respond quickly to investments in talent acquisition and development, service enhancement, advertising and sales promotion to strengthen our business, and other growth-related investments.</p><p class="smt_text2" style="orphans:0;widows:0;text-align:justify;padding-left:9pt;padding-right:0pt;margin-top:0pt;margin-bottom:0pt;text-indent:9pt;font-family:'ＭＳ 明朝';letter-spacing:0pt;line-height:15pt;font-size:9pt;">For this reason, we prioritize securing internal reserves necessary for future business development and strengthening our financial foundation. We currently plan to pay no dividends, but we will consider dividend payments as we monitor future business performance and financial condition. Please note that the possibility of implementing dividends and the timing of such implementation remain undetermined at this time.</p><p class="smt_text2" style="orphans:0;widows:0;">In accordance with Article 459, Paragraph 1 of the Companies Act, our articles of incorporation provide that matters concerning surplus dividends shall be determined by board of directors resolution, and that year-end dividends shall be based on March 31 and interim dividends on September 30, with the ability to set other record dates for dividend payments. Our basic policy is to implement dividends once annually as year-end dividends when we do pay dividends.</p><p class="smt_text6" style="orphans:0;widows:0;"> </p>
