<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
The Company positions returning profits to shareholders as one of its most important management priorities. Going forward, the Company's basic dividend policy will balance profit returns to shareholders with the strengthening of internal reserves, and will respond flexibly according to business performance and market conditions.
After comprehensively considering the current fiscal year's performance, medium to long-term outlook, investment plans, financial position, and profit returns to shareholders, the Company has determined the year-end dividend on surplus for the current fiscal year to be 35 yen per share, with a total dividend amount of 170,322 thousand yen, to be approved at the ordinary general meeting of shareholders to be held on June 19, 2025.
For the next fiscal year's dividend, the Company plans a year-end dividend of 50 yen per share, taking into comprehensive consideration the profit outlook, financial position, dividend payout ratio, and other factors.
Under the Medium-Term Management Plan (fiscal years 2022–2025), the Company aims to maintain stable dividends even in cases where profits temporarily decline due to business policy changes. The Company's Articles of Incorporation provide that interim dividends as prescribed in Article 454, Paragraph 5 of the Companies Act may be paid annually with September 30 as the record date, by resolution of the Board of Directors.

We balance returning profits to shareholders with building up internal reserves, using flexible responses based on business performance and market conditions as our basic policy. Under our medium-term management plan, we aim to maintain stable dividends even when profits temporarily decline due to business strategy changes.
