<p>Our basic dividend policy is to provide stable and continuous profit returns to shareholders while securing internal reserves necessary to strengthen our management foundation. We implement stable dividends of 10 yen per share annually, paid twice per year. We plan to use retained earnings for strategic investments in strengthening our human resources, technology, development capabilities, and security systems, as well as for creating new business opportunities.</p>
