<p>Our basic policy is to secure internal reserves necessary for future business development and strengthening our management foundation, while implementing dividends in consideration of our business and financial position. We distribute dividends twice annually as a basic principle—interim dividends and year-end dividends—with the Board of Directors serving as the decision-making body. We allocate retained earnings as a reserve for future business development.</p>
