<p>Our basic dividend policy is to provide continuous and stable shareholder returns through dividends, while maintaining adequate retained earnings for strengthening our financial position and funding medium to long-term business expansion and investments. We distribute dividends twice annually—interim and year-end dividends. Retained earnings are allocated toward business expansion investments and M&A activities.</p>
