<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left; text-indent: 12px">We believe it is important to strengthen our financial position and support business expansion by building up retained earnings. However, we recognize maximizing shareholder value as one of our key management objectives. Regarding future dividend distributions, we will consider our financial performance, financial condition, and business plans comprehensively, while maintaining a balance between retained earnings and shareholder returns.</p>
<p style="margin-left: 24px; text-align: left; text-indent: 12px">Our basic policy is to pay dividends once per fiscal year as a year-end dividend. Our articles of incorporation also allow for an interim dividend once per year. The year-end dividend is decided by the shareholders' meeting, while the interim dividend is decided by the board of directors.</p>

<p>We consider dividends by comprehensively taking into account our business performance, financial condition, and business plans, while maintaining a balance with retained earnings. We use retained earnings to strengthen our financial position and support business expansion and development. Our basic dividend policy is to pay dividends once per year at the fiscal year-end, with the option to also pay an interim dividend once per year.</p>
