<h3 class="smt_head2">3 [Dividend Policy]</h3>The Company regards returning profits to shareholders as one of its important management priorities. We recognize that the market environment surrounding the Company presents significant growth opportunities, with e-commerce penetration rising both domestically and internationally. To capitalize on these opportunities and advance our growth trajectory, we believe that aggressive investment in our business—aimed at further expanding our operations—represents the maximum profit return to shareholders. Accordingly, we have not paid dividends since our founding.We believe that dividends should ideally be implemented on a stable and continuous basis, and we are continuously reviewing this matter. At present, however, our policy is to strengthen internal reserves as funding for corporate growth and sustainability initiatives, including aggressive recruitment to respond to changing business conditions, expansion of existing services based on market needs, and development of new services in the future. While we plan to consider returning profits to shareholders in the future by taking into account the financial position and operating results of each fiscal year, the possibility of implementing dividends and the timing thereof remain undetermined.The Company's basic policy is to pay dividends once annually at the fiscal year-end. Our Articles of Incorporation provide that interim dividends may be paid as of March 31 each year by resolution of the Board of Directors.The decision-making authority for dividends is the Board of Directors for interim dividends and the General Meeting of Shareholders for year-end dividends.

While we believe stable and continuous dividend payments are desirable, we currently prioritize aggressive investment in business growth and maintain a no-dividend policy since our founding. We allocate retained earnings to talent acquisition, expansion of existing services, and development of new services. Our basic policy is to implement year-end dividends once annually.
