<h3>3. Dividend Policy</h3>
Our basic policy regarding profit distribution is to appropriately allocate earnings among growth investments for business expansion, retained earnings to strengthen our financial position, and dividends to shareholders, while comprehensively considering future business developments.
The decision-making authority for dividend distributions is the shareholders' meeting for year-end dividends and the board of directors for interim dividends.
At present, the Company is at a stage where growth investments for business expansion and the establishment of systems to increase domestic and international sales are necessary. Therefore, we are not currently implementing dividend distributions. Going forward, we will determine profit distribution by comprehensively considering future growth strategies, business performance, and capital requirements. However, the timing and possibility of implementing dividends remain undetermined at this time.
Our Articles of Incorporation provide that interim dividends may be paid with a record date of September 30 each year, subject to board of directors approval.
