Dividend Policy
<p>Our basic policy is to implement continuous dividends and provide profit returns by comprehensively considering business performance and dividend payout ratio. We will pay dividends twice annually—interim and year-end dividends. Starting next fiscal year, we will change our policy to target a dividend payout ratio of 50% and a dividend on equity (DOE) of 3.5%. Retained earnings will be allocated to investments for strengthening our corporate foundation.</p>
