Dividend Policy
<p>The Company's basic policy is to maintain stable dividends determined in consideration of business earnings and cash flow conditions. As a fundamental principle, the Company pays dividends once per year as a year-end dividend. From the fiscal year ending December 2025 onwards, the Company targets a dividend payout ratio of 30% and has adopted a progressive dividend policy to achieve steadily increasing dividends without any reduction. Retained earnings are allocated to strengthening existing businesses and developing new business ventures.</p>
